About Me

Sometimes it takes a wounded soul to help another wounded soul. Not to judge but to hold the space for someone to express what they need to be express, to see that person - truly see them, accept them, and witness their struggles on their journey. The trauma experiences I had as a child pushed me out of my physical, emotional, and intellectual self, into the spiritual self and in turn the spiritual world. A world where I have lived in and out of over my life. After decades of wondering through life with successes and failures in relationships, business, and community I reached a point someplace below rock bottom. I spent the next 5 years living a semi-solitude life. Without the distractions of relationships, people, Social media, and television, etc I found myself reconnecting with my spiritual self. During those years my angels and spirits walked me through my life experiences, some I had blocked from my memory for decades. Piece by piece and step by step I went with angels, spirits, and people through the experiences and beliefs that shaped my life. Some of the experiences were normal traumas, some were abusive traumas, some were beliefs and survival mechanisms that served me as a child but no longer as an adult. I am still on the journey and have reached a point where it is time to reconnect with people and community as the person I want to be instead of the person I was told I should be. This too is part of the healing journey. As I reconnected, people began sharing how I have helped or impacted them in their journey, strengthen their spiritual understanding and essence, that I held a safe, non-threatening space for them. It is from this place of gratitude where people saw, accepted, appreciated , and valued me that I offer my story and my service.
